i think they are reservists commander...
see their civilian kinda hair and free usage of blanks and camera phones, most prob i concur ..they pay fine ba...wont go DB...haha
and to confirm that they are commanders....the way they say " chow chee bai" with such grace and fluency says it all
pls. we CPL also say NBCCB wit tat perfect grace & fluency... remember?
