ghostly car ad... do you believe in ghost????

Hey Folks,
This one is really wild, but make sure you read the info below before you view the video and turn up the volume if you can. This is a car advertisement from Great Britain. When they finished filming the ad, the film editor noticed something moving along the side of the car, like a ghostly white mist. They found out that a person had been killed a year earlier in that exact same spot. The ad was never put on TV because of the unexplained ghostly phenomenon.

Watch the front end of the car closely as it clears the trees in the middle of the screen and you'll see the white mist crossing in front of the car then following it along the road....Spooky!

Is it a ghost, or is it simply mist? You decide. If you listen to the ad, you'll even hear the cameraman whispering in the background about it near the end of the commercial. A little creepy but it seems to be authentic!

to all patriotic singaporeans...

mavis hee arrested...

This story was printed from TODAYonline

Singer Mavis Hee arrested, sent to IMH after uproar Wednesday •
June 28, 2006 SINGAPORE

singer Mavis Hee was arrested last Thursday after she barged into a guest room at a six-star hotel in the Marina area, according to a local Chinese evening newspaper. The 31-year-old Hee tailed the guest — a stranger — from the hotel lobby to the guest room, before barging into the room. She started making a noise and even told the shocked guest in English: "Call me God!"

Three hotel staff came to the guest's aid, the newspaper reported. The police were later called in and arrested her. As she remained agitated and unable to express herself coherently in custody, the police referred her to the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) the next morning.

The sweet-faced singer released her first album in 1994 and was often placed on the same pedestal as Kit Chan and Tanya Chua who were known for their wide appeal in the region. Hee gained stardom for her ballads such as Regret, Moonlight In The City and Nocturnal People.

She reportedly turned down a chance to sign a contract with famed Taiwanese music composer Jonathan Lee, just to continue her successful partnership with local composer Chen Jia Ming. But her close ties with him later sparked off speculation that she was embroiled in a love affair with the married Chen, said the newspaper.

Hee — who was one of the bridesmaids at Zoe Tay's wedding in 2001 — faded from the limelight in 2002.

WHOAH...SHIT HAPPENS EH....

another look at ur horoscope

ARIES
You tend to be headstrong and deliberate in your actions. Basically you don't give a fuck about anyone. Most people hate you but you couldn't care less. You're the type of person who would masturbate at a wedding

TAURUS
Warm and caring are your most endearing characteristics. You get on well with most people because you're bisexual. You hardly ever wear underwear and you constantly smell of piss.

GEMINI
Your star sign denotes an air of duality in your character. Simply, you're a neurotic schizophrenic. A real fucking weirdo, the type of person who'd kill them self to win a bet.

CANCER
You have a businesslike attitude to life and a knack for making money. You're an unscrupulous bastard who would sell relative's limbs to buy a
mobile phone. You are likely to be murdered.

LEO
The adventurous type, always looking for thrills and willing to try anything. In other words, stupid. You have the IQ of a garden snail and will never amount to anything. Most Leos are living on the welfare.

VIRGO
You like the good things in life and you know how to enjoy them. But you're prone to bullshitting and you're a cheap bastard. Virgo men are usually queers and the majority of Virgo women are whores.

LIBRA
You are the forgiving type and you don't bear grudges. This makes you an asshole. For your entire life people will make a complete prick out of you. Nobody will go to your funeral.

SCORPIO
You are sharp, a quick thinker and good at puzzles. However these are your only good traits. You screw small animals and love picking your nose. You should become a stunt performer with no helmet.

SAGITTARIUS
You are the romantic mushy type, soft-hearted and a lover of the arts. You are likely to import Dutch pornography and sex toys. Men even willing to rent Sleepless In Seattle to increase your odds for a romp in the sack.

CAPRICORN
You are deep and personal in your thoughts, the quiet type. A mean self-centered cunt and a closet homosexual. Your best friend is probably an altar boy.

AQUARIUS
You are the academic type and will probably end up working in the legal system. This means you are an absolute pervert, at the least a transvestite. Your ideal sexual partner is a Labrador puppy wearing fishnet tights.

PISCES
You are the eternal optimist, seeing the best of any situation. You have no grasp of reality and live in a dream world. Most people consider you to be the greatest living moron. You will continually fail. You're a prick.

Those were the dayz..PArt 2

SOmething Nostalgic.......

Every student could lay claim to being a "musician", cos we all learnt to play the recorder and sang songs together in music class.

Michael Jackson was the biggest thing in entertainment. Period.

Young Scientist Cards: To attain the badges, we had to earn a certain number of "stars" by completing certain tasks. Most people, including me, always went for the Young Zoologist or Young Botanist badge, cos they were the easiest. The ambitious ones would go for the Young Mathematician badge.

Move over, Enid Blyton. Roald Dahl was the best writer in the world. Everyone was reading his books, e.g. BFG, Matilda, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, James and the Giant Peach.

Every now and then during class, we would be told that it was our turn to go down to the school dentist for a checkup. It was many student's most feared moment in pri school, esp of the drill.

The school bookshop (well, it was more like a bookstand as it was just a small counter) was a really cool shop which sold really cool stuff, e.g. fancy erasers, fancy pens, fancy paper, etc.

"The Shaker" was the coolest mechanical pencil ever made. If you had one, you were cool.

After exams, we would bring Uno cards to play in class during free periods. There were also other card games such as Happy Family, Old Maid, etc

WWF wrestling was actually believable. And Hulk Hogan still looks the same today as he did 15 years ago.

The telephone was our only source of communication after school. If we needed to ask our classmates something, we actually had to pick up the home phone to make the call.

We could order milk packets to be delivered to our classroom every day

Every guy wanted a "centre-parting" hairstyle, thanks to Aaron Kwok.

Pri 6 was an important year. We had our BCG jab, we collected our Identity Cards, and we had to take our first major exam (PSLE).

Teacher's Day was the day which we all did our best to show our love for our teachers, e.g. by making cards, gifts, etc. And it was also the day that our teachers tried their best not to scold any of us.

The most popular colour pencils to use were the Colleen brand ones (y'know, the ones with two colours per pencil - one colour on each end, and usually came in boxes of 24 or 48 colours?). And the beige colour end was always the most heavily used, because that was the colour we needed to colour humans.

The English Premier League wasn't as popular as it is today. But everyone knows who Man U (and Eric Cantona) is.

The school conducts weekly teeth brushing sessions along the school drain

The coolest pencil cases are those with lots of press-button 'spring-out' pencil sharpeners, magnifying glasses, etc. Or pencil cases that looked like a robot with compartments in the arms and legs.

We practised 'cursive writing' for English lessons

We use ink eraser, sometimes rubbing holes into the pages of our exercise books (no liquid paper back then).

You either 'friend' someone or 'dun-friend' someone

Handkerchiefs were a must for both genders, no one has tissue paper packs back then.

Library cards that had to be manually written and slot into the books when we loan them.

Music only comes in cassette tapes where the tapes always kenna chewed up by the tape player. But the tapes costs only a few bucks each! It is also the birth of music piracy as we recorded our fave songs on blank tapes

Two missing schoolkids in 1989 (my seniors in the same pri school) which prompted islandwide search to no avail and McDonalds putting a reward for finding them.

We remembered Jack Neo at his funniest when paired with Lin Yi Ming, and other comedian duos such as Wang Sa/Ye Feng and the Da Zui Ba / Da Bi Zi.

some world cup facts for tonight's big game!

Team facts - England

The 1966 World Cup winners are taking part in the World Cup for the 12th time. Four years ago England reached the quarter-finals in which they were eliminated by the eventual champions Brazil.

England have only failed to progress from the group stage on two occasions, in 1950 and 1958.

Player facts - England

David Beckham, Gary Neville and Michael Owen are the most capped players in England's squad with 87, 79 and 77 caps respectively. Sol Campbell and Michael Owen can become the first English players since 1990 to have played 10 World Cup matches if they make an appearance against Paraguay. Peter Shilton is England's record holder with 17 World Cup appearances.

Theo Walcott could become the second youngest player ever at a World Cup. Should he play on 10 June, Walcott will be 17 years and 86 days old, only 45 days older than all-time record holder Norman Whiteside. If Walcott scores, he will be the youngest ever goalscorer, beating Pele's record of 17 years and 239 days.

Misc Info
"England have won every match that Peter Crouch has appeared in. Since he made his debut in 2003, England have played without Wayne Rooney on 10 occasions and did not lose a single match, winning nine and drawing one."
